There will be no entry fees and all voting will be done by the public in the Peoples Choice format with a one-dollar charge for each vote. Entrants must submit two 8x10 photographs - one face shot and one full-figure bathing suit shot - in color or black and white. Additionally, if desired, every entrant may submit a one minute You Tube presentation.
