April Mason of Mather, CA was crowned June 26th as ATOC Woman of the Year at the national America's Touch of Class pageant held in Las Vegas, NV at the Clark County Performing Arts Center. April, competing as Mrs. Northern CA, also placed first runner up in the Mrs. division. Her platform was international adoption. April is the owner of Premiere Dance in Rancho Cordova, a senior consultant for Cookie Lee Jewelry and the director for Natural Beauty Pageant Systems and the New Starz Talent Competition.
